I set boundaries without guilt.
I stopped shrinking to stay safe, and let go of the pressure to be palatable, agreeable, explainable.
I created from clarity, not fear.
I stopped performing peace, and started moving from presence. No longer chasing outcomes. Just showing up in truth.
I rested without shame.
I let my body slow down. Took long weekends. Played. Not because I “earned it,” but because I deserved it.
I stopped chasing and started receiving.
Instead of gripping tighter, I let things come. Aligned opportunities. Authentic connections. Energy that didn’t feel stolen or scarce.
After studying cognitive science and spending years reconnecting with my body through movement, somatics, and breathwork, I became certified in multiple modalities and began guiding others through this work.
