In this breathwork session, we move through three proven phases that work together to regulate your nervous system, reset your energy, and reconnect you to your deeper knowing:

We begin with conscious connected breathing to shift you out of fight-or-flight and into deep nervous system regulation.

This calms your body fast, lowering cortisol, slowing your heart rate, and signalling safety at a cellular level.

You may feel tingling, warmth, waves of emotion, or deep stillness. Some cry. Some laugh. Some meet a version of themselves they forgot was there.

Breathwork also opens the door to theta and gamma brainwave states, where deep subconscious material surfaces and release becomes possible.

With the body softened, we guide you through imagery that activates the prefrontal cortex (the part of your brain responsible for clarity, identity, and decision-making).

Roots & movement

I grew up in a split home and reached for faith early, then watched rules outweigh love in parts of my wider family. That cracked my trust and planted big questions about God and belonging. In my teens, dance became my refuge. Movement was how I felt safe, seen, and whole in a house that rarely felt steady.

Drift, symptoms, and a hospital wake-up

When my family moved to the Netherlands and a long relationship ended, loneliness got loud.

I stayed in Poland to study cognitive science, and coped like many students: coffee and cigarettes in the morning, party nights, trying on atheism, black clothes, techno in my ears, looking tough and feeling hollow.

My body started speaking through gut issues, acne, and anxiety.

Chase, climb, and the corporate cage

I rose fast at a high-pressure corporation, and was the “go-to-operator” but the more I achieved, the less aligned I felt. I ignored my boundaries, and the ladder started to feel like a cage.

I tired yoga, veganism and all the personal development work, desperate to patch up the emptiness I felt inside.

Eventually, it led to severe burnout. I lost trust in myself and didn't the person in the mirror anymore.

My mother and sister held me as I learned to rest, to connect with my cycle, and to soften into the feminine after a lifetime of pushing.

The breath that changed everything

February 2022, with the war in Ukraine breaking my heart, I joined a free online breathwork. Lights off, mat, blanket, headphones, eye mask, and then the breath took me where my mind never could.

My ego fought, then softened.

I cried like never before, releasing years of buildup I couldn’t name.
I saw my grandmother telling me I was brave, and I walked out lighter, certain that one session can open what months of practice sometimes cannot.

Training the guide within

I searched for the right school for months and committed to a seven-to-nine-month training. I practiced on friends, and the feedback kept repeating that my voice shifted and my guidance landed.

Cognitive science gave me language for what breathwork, visualization, and meditation were doing inside the brain and nervous system.

Psychosomatics gave me a map for how emotions live in the body. Science and spirit finally sat at the same table.
